As adult children of aging parents; we are experiencing the difficulty in finding a quality source for available housing for our active parents. Ours are not ready for or interested in anything but a private home, in a quite community. Thankfully, the Atlanta Builder community is responding to the changing needs and after 55 communities are becoming more available.
Our site is designed to give you information on both new and resale opportunities in the Atlanta area on homes available in Active Adult or Retirement Communities. Only those homes and locations that were specifically BUILT with the Active Adult in mind will be invited to participate.
